Canon Abilities: Alchemy - she can transmute matter into almost any shape she wants, including biological matter, giving her nigh-immortality with the power to create new, cute bodies at will. She can also heal others and cure ailments and craft even complicated objects like designer clothing or fancy furniture. Can create a giant pet snake, Ouroboros.
History: A sickly child who invented Alchemy itself just to spite all the people who told her she'd die before even leaving her teens. She then used her powers to become one of the most powerful mages to ever exist and then to become the cutest girl to ever exist too. Was sealed away for being embarrassing and a monster for her heresy by the very guild she founded until freed by a band of skyfarers accidentally, who were interesting enough for her to travel with. She continues her quest for ultimate knowledge and ultimate cuteness to this day, stomping flat anyone who gets in her way.
Personality: Awful. Just awful. While she loves acting cute and adorable, fawning over anyone who will let her, she's no pushover and the moment her whims change, she turns into an arrogant, selfish, violent monster that will refute any who disagree with her and crush those that dare to stop her. Becomes extremely embarrassed when caught being sentimental, but has grown surprisingly fond of her crew and her disciple. Likes being praised, but is more than self-confident enough to not need it. Sometimes adorable, sometimes terrifying, seeming childish one moment only to appear incredibly wise and serious the next, it's hard to see who the real Cagliostro is and she's perfectly fine with that. Everything is for her own self-satisfaction, even if that means helping others for her own satisfaction or putting them down.

Power: The power to make anyone kneel before her. This power forces others to literally drop to their knees before if she commands them to. However, they first must be able to understand her command, though it can verbal or motioned. They also must be directly in front of her - and while they are forced to kneel, their movement isn't otherwise restricted. It also only lasts so long as both parties hold their positions - Cagliostro must keep them directly in front of her, so if she moves or even turns away, or if she or anything else knocks them out of the kneeling position, the spell is broken. This is also tiring for her if done for extended periods of time or if the other is resisting with sufficient force/ability.
Price: The entire island that is her sister's final resting place. Technically, Cagliostro owns the entire island, as she got it just for a place for her sister to retire in peace and live out the rest of her days, then later where her final grave rests. While Cagliostro was sealed, the Helmuth Alchemy guild colonized it and made it into a ceremonial memorial aggrandizing Cagliostro's sister as a the co-founder of their guild, making her to be some graceful saint figurehead, but Cagliostro wiped them out and removed the memorial entirely, restoring the island to its previous state, so no one lives there anymore.
